I’m a new patient who is very particular about the dentist I use. I’ve been paying out of pocket because I loved my former dentist. When I needed additional work, I needed to find someone who took my insurance. I was blessed to find Lutz Dental Office. From office staff, Michael and James, to Breanna who did my deep cleaning, to Lily who fitted and created my crown to the dentist, Dr. Ali. Everyone was very personable and provided great service.

I came to this office for a dental emergency and was able to get in the very next day. I ended up needing two emergency root canals and two crowns, and the entire process was much smoother than I expected. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Ali and his dental assistant, Rocio, were amazing during my crown procedures. I saw Dr. Kuo for my root canals, and he made the experience as comfortable as possible. I experienced absolutely no pain during either procedure. Everyone was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything throughout my treatment. I was very anxious about this type of dental work, but the entire team made it clear that they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office!
