Everyone here was cordial and professional from the receptionist area to the medical staff. When I first arrived, Dr. Ali explained everything to me in simple terms what he and the staff had plan for me during my initial visit so there would be no surprises. After a couple of exams that morning I was able to see my teeth at just about every angle you can imagine. This was my first dentist visit in over 10 years so as I expected there was 10 years of neglect to work on. Dr. Ali showed me all the results of the exams just performed so everything he was telling me was very transparent. I had my work performed on the following visit and things couldn't have gone smoother (or with less pain). I'm happy to have found Lutz Dentist and Dr. Ali.

I had an amazing experience at Lutz Dentist Office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The office is also very clean and well- kept. The receptionists were super kind and sweet. I was really grateful for all their help scheduling my appointment and working with me when my insurance card was giving me issues. Dr. Ali is outstanding, thorough, kind, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain my exam results and treatment options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients' long-term health and well-being. Clifton is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Not only is he hilarious and easy to talk to, but he made the entire cleaning experience comfortable and stress-free. He was gentle, efficient, and clearly passionate about what he does.
